To deliver our services to you, we use information you give to us and sometimes information from others.

We need to know some things like your birth date, address and other information.

There’s certain information we need to be able to give you a benefit or payment.

You can choose not to give us this information but it means we can’t pay you.

We promise to treat you and your information with respect. We will use your information responsibly and keep it safe.

We use your personal information when we work with you to determine what sort of help we can give you.

We also use information to help us run our operations and design new services or tools.

Sometimes we need to share your information with other agencies or people.

We do this so we can provide you with the right services or when we have a legal reason to share it.

You have a right to see the information we hold on you and you can ask for it to be corrected if it’s wrong.
