These support services are designed to help you mentally prepare yourself to get into work.
They can help you with:

- overcoming obstacles.

Te Heke Mai
An app to help when you're looking for work or starting training or a new job.
Te Heke Mai offers:
- a digital coach and real-life mentors
- personalised support and feedback
- quick and easy chats.
It's open to anyone in New Zealand.
Here Toitū
Get a dedicated support team working with you and your health provider. They'll help you set goals and plan how to reach them.
You can get this if you:
- get a main benefit (e.g. Supported Living Payment or Jobseeker Support), or
- have a job but can't work right now due to a health condition, injury or disability.
Your doctor must also be registered with either:
- THINK Hauora in MidCentral
- Pegasus Health in Christchurch
- ProCare in Auckland
- National Hauora Coalition in Auckland.

Individual Placement and Support
Extra support if you have a serious mental health condition. You'll get help to find a job and keep it.
You can get this if you get mental health support from Te Whatu Ora (Health New Zealand) in:
- Auckland,
- Counties Manukau
- Waitematā, or
- Northland.
You'll get an employment consultant, who will work with you and your mental health support team. Together you'll make a plan to help you get a job.

You can join if you're 18-24, getting a benefit, and live in Auckland region.
