Changes to your organisation
We need to know when things change for your organisation. If you don’t tell us, you may be overpaid and will need to pay the money back.
Tell us about changes to your:
- contact details e.g. phone number, email or mailing address
- opening hours
- fees
- programme
- street address
- temporary or permanent closure
- legal name
- known as name
- site (e.g. address, adding another site)
- ownership (OSCAR approval is not transferable, even if there are no changes to staff, policies or facilities).

New ownership
If you're a new owner of a childcare or OSCAR centre, there are things you need to do before you can register with us.
