Payment schedules for childcare centres and OSCAR providers
Our weekly payment schedules have details of subsidies we pay to you on behalf of a parent or caregiver. Subsidies are paid for children who qualify for a Childcare or OSCAR subsidy.
We send your payment schedules on Friday night or Saturday morning, either by:
- email (from: CCSnoreply@mailpost.msd.govt.nz), or
- post.
Make sure you keep your payment schedule for auditing or reconciliation purposes.
If you've had changes to your organisation or the children in your service, it could affect your payments from us. You need to let us know.
How to open your email payment schedule
You'll need a password to open your schedules by email.
We'll send your first payment schedule by post. This will have your 9 digit Work and Income service number (SWN) and the name of your organisation.
The SWN number is the password you'll need to open the schedules when they come by email. You need to enter the password in the following format: 123-456-789.

Change how you get your payment schedules
Complete and return the 'payment schedule form' if you'd like to change:
- how you get your schedules, or
- the email address your schedules are sent to.
Email the form to the email address on the form.
We'll let you know when the change has been made or if we need more information.
Weekly payment schedule hasn't arrived
If you get your weekly payment schedule by email, it should arrive by Saturday each week.
If your emailed schedule hasn't arrived by Saturday, it could be for a couple of reasons:
Security attached to the email address
The security attached to the email address may have either:
- stopped you receiving the email, or
- sent it directly to a spam folder.
To fix this, add our CCSnoreply@mailpost.msd.govt.nz email address to your trusted senders list.
Don't forget to check your spam folder as well, as it could have gone in there.
Request has not yet been processed
An email change or cancellation request may not have been processed yet. In this case, you can contact us either by:
- email childcareproviders@msd.govt.nz, or
- phone 0800 776 843.
