Information for providers of childcare services: how to register or update your details, payment information and what help is available for you and for families attending your service.
Register as a Childcare or OSCAR provider
To get payments from us you need to be:
- a licensed childcare service or an approved OSCAR (Out of School Care and Recreation) provider, and
- registered with us.

Tell us when things change
We need to know when things change for your organisation and for the children in your service. If you don't tell us, you may be overpaid and will need to pay the money back.

OSCAR provider grants
OSCAR (Out of School Care and Recreation) providers can apply for a grant to help cover some of their operating costs.
