Changes to the children in your service
We need to know when things change for the children in your service. If you don’t tell us, you may be overpaid and will need to pay the money back.
This includes children who are:
- no longer attending
- starting childcare
- reducing their hours
- absent for more than 3 weeks.

If anything else changes, contact us so we can see if this will affect your payments. You can contact us by:

Changes for parents
If there have been changes in the parent's circumstances, for example, their income, they need to contact us themselves.
Any changes may affect their subsidy. If we've paid too much subsidy, they may need to pay this back.
