He Poutama Rangatahi - Youth Employment Pathways
He Poutama Rangatahi is a work-readiness and training programme which aims to support young people aged 15 to 24 who are not in employment, education, or training (NEET), and who face complex barriers that place them at risk of long-term unemployment.
Service
He Poutama Rangatahi is delivered over 26 weeks, followed by a further 26 weeks of pastoral support for each participant. Programmes differ in content and delivery, enabling providers to target the needs specific to the young people in their communities.
