Work and Income no reply: Hi your medical certificate expires on [date]. Please renew your certificate, tell us if you’re ready to work at MyMSD or call us.

Your medical certificate is due to expire in either 4 to 2 weeks.

You need to make an appointment with your health practitioner to get another medical certificate or tell us you are ready to work. You can go to MyMSD or call us to do this. Some health practitioners send us medical certificates electronically. If your health practitioner doesn't do this, you'll need to bring or send it in.

Your medical certificate is due to expire. If you're still not able to attend school or training because you're unwell or have an injury, you should see your health practitioner, eg, your doctor. If your health practitioner confirms you're still unable to attend school or training, you'll need to get another medical certificate. Contact your Youth Service provider if you have one, otherwise contact us if you are well and can attend school or training.

Housing register - confirm your circumstances

Kia ora, we need to know if your circumstances have changed. Please log into MyMSD, select Housing Register and enter passcode XXXX.

While you're waiting for public housing, you need to tell us if there's been any changes to your circumstances. Log in to MyMSD, select 'Housing Register' and enter the passcode that was in your text message. Then confirm:

  • if your income or financial circumstances have changed
  • if your family or household arrangements have changed.

This a reminder that you need to declare your income before Friday 6pm to avoid having debt with us. Log in to MyMSD and declare your wages and hours worked. You can also do this by calling us.
