A new cost
If you have another cost that you want the Disability Allowance to help with and you're getting less than the maximum amount of $82.85 a week, we may be able to help.
- Your health practitioner needs to complete a Disability Certificate form
- You need to get proof of the new cost.
Call us to talk about how to get these to us.
If the cost is approved, we'll include it in your Disability Allowance from the date the cost started.
