ប្រព័ន្ធភ្លើងចរាចរណ៍

នៅពេលអ្នកកំពុងទទួលបានជំនួយឧបត្ថម្ភពីយើង អ្នក ឬដៃគូរបស់អ្នកត្រូវធ្វើកិច្ចការមួយចំនួន (កាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់អ្នក) ។ យើង​ប្រើ​ប្រព័ន្ធ​ភ្លើង​សញ្ញា​ចរាចរណ៍​ ដើម្បី​ជួយ​អ្នក​ឱ្យ​ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងគន្លងផ្លូវនៃការបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ច​របស់​អ្នក ។

ប្រព័ន្ធភ្លើងចរាចរណ៍ជួយអ្នកឲ្យដឹងបានថា តើអ្នកកំពុងស្ថិតនៅត្រង់ចំណុចណា និងអ្វីដែលអ្នកត្រូវធ្វើ ។

  • ពណ៌បៃតង ៖ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកស្ថិតនៅលើចំណុចបៃតង មានន័យថា អ្នកស្ថិតនៅក្នុងចំណុចត្រឹមត្រូវ ហើយបានបំពេញគ្រប់កាតព្វកិច្ច។
  • ពណ៌លឿងទុំ ៖ អ្នកនឹងចូលទៅពណ៌លឿងទុំ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមិនបានបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់អ្នក ហើយមិនមានហេតុផលសមរម្យ។ នេះមានន័យថាអ្នកត្រូវ  ទាក់ទងយើង ជាបន្ទាន់។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមិនទាក់ទងមកយើង ហើយមិនចូលមកគន្លងផ្លូវឡើងវិញក្នុងរយៈពេល 5 ថ្ងៃនៃថ្ងៃធ្វើការទេ អ្នកនឹងចូលទៅកាន់ពណ៌ក្រហម។
  • ពណ៌ក្រហម៖ នៅពេលមកដល់ពណ៌ក្រហម ជំនួយឧបត្ថម្ភរបស់អ្នកអាចត្រូវបានកាត់បន្ថយ ឬផ្អាកតែម្ដង។ ប្រសិនបើជំនួយឧបត្ថម្ភរបស់អ្នកត្រូវបានកាត់បន្ថយ ឬបញ្ឈប់ អ្នកត្រូវតែទាក់ទងមកយើងភ្លាមៗដើម្បីចូលមកគន្លងផ្លូវវិញ។

ប្រសិនបើមានមូលហេតុណាមួយដែលរារាំងអ្នកមិនឲ្យបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់អ្នកបាន សូមពិភាក្សាជាមួយយើងខ្ញុំជាបន្ទាន់  ។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមិនទាន់បានទាក់ទងមកទេ យើងនឹងព្យាយាមទាក់ទងអ្នកមុនពេលអ្នកចូលទៅកាន់ពណ៌លឿងទុំ ដើម្បីរកមើលថាហេតុអ្វីបានជាអ្នកមិនបានបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់អ្នក ។

យើង​នឹង​ផ្ញើ​សំបុត្រ​ទៅ​អ្នក​ដើម្បីប្រាប់អ្នក​ឲ្យ​ដឹង​ថា​អ្នក​កំពុងស្ថិតនៅចំណុចពណ៌លឿងទុំ ឬ​ក្រហម ។អ្នកក៏អាចចូលមើលក្នុង MyMSD ថាតើអ្នកកំពុងស្ថិតនៅចំណុចពណ៌អ្វី។ 

តើប្រព័ន្ធភ្លើងចរាចរណ៍ សម្រាប់អ្នកណា

អ្នកនឹងស្ថិតនៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធភ្លើងចរាចរណ៍ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមានកាតព្វកិច្ចទាក់ទងនឹងការងារ និង/ឬសង្គម ។ ចំណុចទាំងអស់នេះគឺ ៖

  • ស្វែងរក ឬរៀបចំខ្លួន សម្រាប់ធ្វើការងារ
  • ចូលរួមក្នុងការវាយតម្លៃសមត្ថភាពការងារ ដើម្បីជួយយើងឲ្យយល់ពីប្រភេទការងារដែលអ្នកអាចធ្វើបាន
  • ចូលរួមក្នុងសកម្មភាពជាមួយអ្នកផ្តល់សេវារបស់យើង ដើម្បីស្វែងរកការងារ ឬរៀបចំខ្លួនសម្រាប់ចូលធ្វើការ
  • កាតព្វកិច្ចសង្គម (នៅពេលកំពុងថែទាំកូនក្នុងបន្ទុក) ។

ប្រសិនបើអ្នកទទួលប្រាក់យុវជន (Youth Payment), ប្រាក់មាតាឬបិតាដែលមានកូនតូច (Young Parent Payment) ឬមានគ្រូបង្ហាត់យុវជន (Youth Coach) អ្នកនឹងស្ថិតនៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធភ្លើងចរាចរណ៍ ប៉ុន្តែកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់អ្នកខុសពីគេ។ សូមចូលមើលគេហទំព័រផ្នែកសេវាយុវជនដើម្បីយល់ដឹងអ្វីជាកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់អ្នក។

អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ទាក់ទងនឹងកាតព្វកិច្ចការងារ និង/ឬសង្គម

អ្នកឬដៃគូរបស់អ្នក នឹងមានកាតព្វកិច្ចទាក់ទងនឹងការងារ និង/ឬសង្គម ប្រសិនបើអ្នកទទួលបានអត្ថប្រយោជន៍មួយ ក្នុងចំណោមអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ទាំងនេះ ៖

  • ជំនួយដល់អ្នកស្វែងរកការងារ, ឬ
  • ជំនួយសម្រាប់មាតាឬបិតាទោល

ប្រសិនបើដៃគូអ្នកមានអាយុក្រោម ១៨ ឆ្នាំ ពួកគេនឹងត្រូវមានកាតព្វកិច្ចសកម្មភាពយុវជន មានន័យថា ពួកគេនឹងស្ថិតនៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធភើ្លងចរាចរណ៍ តែមានកាតព្វកិច្ចខុសពីគេ

អ្នកឬដៃគូរបស់អ្នកអាចមានកាតព្វកិច្ចទាក់ទងនឹងការងារ និង/ឬសង្គម ប្រសិនបើអ្នកទទួលបាននូវ ៖

  • ជំនួយសង្គ្រោះបន្ទាន់ ឬ
  • ប្រាក់ឧបត្ថម្ភការថែទាំសង្គ្រោះបន្ទាន់ ។

អ្នកក៏ត្រូវមាន កាតព្វកិច្ចផ្សេងៗទៀត  ផងដែរ ។ ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់ថា តើមានអ្វីកើតឡើង ប្រសិនបើអ្នកឬដៃគូរបស់អ្នកមិនបានបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ចផ្សេងៗទៀត, សូមមើល ‘នៅពេលដែលអ្នកមិនបានបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់អ្នក’ ។

ប្រាក់ឧបត្ថម្ភសម្រាប់ការរស់នៅដែលមានការគាំទ្រ (Supported Living Payment)

ពលរដ្ឋភាគច្រើនដែលទទួលបានប្រាក់ឧបត្ថម្ភសម្រាប់ការរស់នៅដែលមានការគាំទ្រ មិនស្ថិតនៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធភ្លើងចរាចរណ៍នេះទេ ។ នេះគឺដោយសារអ្នកមិនមានកាតព្វកិច្ចក្នុងការស្វែងរកការងារធ្វើទេ។

អ្នកនឹងស្ថិតនៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធភ្លើងចរាចរណ៍តែក្នុងករណីដែល ៖

  • អ្នកមើលថែកូនៗក្នុងបន្ទុក ព្រោះមានន័យថាអ្នកមានកាតព្វកិច្ចសង្គម (យកចិត្តទុកដាក់សមហេតុផលដើម្បីកូនទទួលបានសេវាពិនិត្យសុខភាព និងការអប់រំ)
  • គេបានវាយតម្លៃឃើញថា អ្នកអាចរៀបចំខ្លួនដើម្បីចូលធ្វើការ ហើយយើងខ្ញុំបានពិភាក្សារឿងនេះជាមួយអ្នក (មានមនុស្សតិចណាស់ដែលស្ថិតក្នុងស្ថានភាពនេះ) ឬ
  • យើងខ្ញុំបានស្នើឱ្យអ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងការវាយតម្លៃសមត្ថភាពការងារ ឬធ្វើការជាមួយអ្នកផ្តល់សេវាដែលជាប់កិច្ចសន្យា (មានមនុស្សតិចតួចណាស់ដែលត្រូវបានស្នើឱ្យធ្វើដូច្នេះ) ។

ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមានដៃគូ កាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់គាត់អាចខុសពីកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់អ្នក ។ នេះមានន័យថាពួកគាត់អាចត្រូវបញ្ចូលទៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធភ្លើងចរាចរណ៍ ទោះបីជាអ្នកមិនស្ថិតនៅក្នងនោះក៏ដោយ ។
