Traffic light system survey
We’re emailing some people who get Jobseeker Support to ask them if they'd like to do a short online survey about the traffic light system.
Update 17 September 2025: The survey is working again after we fixed a technical issue.
The survey is about whether the traffic light system helped people to understand their obligations. It’s part of an evaluation of the traffic light system.
It's an online survey which will take about 5 minutes to complete.
Who we're sending the survey to
In July we'll test the survey with a random selection of 500 people who are getting Jobseeker Support. We'll make changes to the survey based on any feedback we get.
In September we'll send it out to another 15,000 people who are getting Jobseeker Support.
The survey is voluntary
You do not have to do it.
If you choose not to take part or if you skip any questions, it won’t affect any payments you get from us.
What we'll do with your feedback
Feedback from the survey will help us to understand:
- how the system is working, and
- how we might make improvements to better support people into work.
