Review into the suspension of some payments

We’ve recently had issues with some payments being suspended during the introduction of mandatory Confirming Your Circumstances (CYC) reviews, including the Winter Energy Payment for some people getting New Zealand Superannuation and Veteran’s Pension.
We have conducted a review into how this happened.
