Declare your income early
If you declare your income regularly, you may need to do this earlier than usual. If you're paid weekly, you need to declare your income before 10pm on Thursday 9 July 2025.
MyMSD and Service Express
You can use MyMSD at any time, including on public holidays. You can use it to:
- declare your wages
- tell us about a change in address, phone or accommodation costs
- view your payment details
- check your payment card transactions
- apply for a food grant and dental costs
- tell us about overseas travel
- and more.
Service Express
Service Express is our 24/7 automated phone line. You can use it to find out about your payments and debts, check appointment details, and change your payment card PIN.
