When you'll be paid and when we're open over King's Birthday weekend 2026.
King's Birthday is on Monday 1 June 2026.
Payment dates
If your official pay day is a Tuesday, you'll be paid early. Your payment for Tuesday 2 June will be available from Saturday 30 May 2026.
All other payments this week will not change.
Processing times may vary depending on which bank you're with.
Our offices and contact centres
We're closed on Monday 1 June 2026.
Declare your income early
If you declare your income regularly, you need to declare your income before 6pm on Thursday 28 May 2026.
MyMSD and Service Express
You can use MyMSD at any time, including on public holidays. You can use it to:
- declare your wages
- tell us about a change in address, phone or accommodation costs
- view your payment details
- check your payment card transactions
- apply for a food grant and dental costs
- tell us about overseas travel
- and more.
Service Express
Service Express is our 24/7 automated phone line. You can use it to find out about your payments and debts, check appointment details, and change your payment card PIN.
