Getting your letters faster

We're moving some people to online letters, instead of sending the letters by post. This will help them receive important information faster and more reliably.
To help people get their letters faster, we're turning off posted letters for some people. Instead, an email notification will be sent when there's a new letter to read.
Some letters will still be sent by post, for example, if it's a form.
Note
If we're switching you to online letters only, we'll send you an email beforehand so you know what to expect. If you get this email and think online letters won't work for you, just get in touch with us.
