Complete your online application by 8:59pm on 28 February
On Sunday 1 March, we're making changes to our online application system. As part of this, any incomplete applications will be removed. If you don't submit your application, you will need to start a new one from Monday 2 March.
This will affect the following incomplete applications, reapplications or forms in MyMSD:
- main benefit applications (e.g. Jobseeker Support, Supported Living Payment, etc.)
- NZ Super applications
- one-off payment applications (e.g. a food grant or dental grant)
- 26-week reapplications for Jobseeker Support
- 52-week reapplications for Sole Parent Support
- boarders/renters declaration form.
What this means for you
If you’ve started an online application, you need to complete and submit it before 8:59pm on Saturday 28 February.
If it isn’t submitted, you will need to start your application again from Monday 2 March.
