Most of our service centres are open from 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9:30am to 5pm on Wednesdays.
Sometimes we may have to close a service centre at short notice. If this happens and you have a face-to-face appointment booked, we’ll call you to let you know.

Our Kaitaia Service Centre is temporarily closed, but you can access our services by calling our local Kaitaia team on 0800 554 004 from Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5pm. You can also drop off paperwork and forms at the secure dropbox located at Te Hiku Connect, 12 Puckey Avenue, Kaitaia. The dropbox is cleared daily.
