There’ll be times you’ll get a text message from us because you’re on the public housing register and we need to review your housing need.

What we need to know?
Have your circumstances or housing needs changed?
- you no longer want to be on the public housing register
- you have moved to a different address
- there’re changes to your income
- family or household arrangements (a person joins or leaves your household – eg a new partner or dependent child joins your household)
What do I need to do
Reply NO to the text if nothing has changed – we’ll update your record
Reply YES if you answered yes to any of the changes listed above – we’ll call you.
If you don’t reply, we’ll call you to check if your circumstances have changed.
