About Work and Income
Work and Income provides financial assistance and employment services throughout New Zealand. We offer a single point of contact for New Zealanders needing job search support, financial assistance and in-work support.
We currently have reduced capacity in our Contact Centres and some of our staff have been diverted to work on the Earthquake response. You will experience long waiting times if you call. We are asking that you only contact us by phone if your enquiry is urgent.
