Support and practical help for women looking for work. You can get help to feel more confident when you're going to job interviews or starting a new job.
Dress for Success is a worldwide organisation which supports women to find and keep work. They provide clothing suitable for your job interview and work, job-seeking advice and skills, and ongoing employment support.
Who can get it
To get the Dress for Success service you need to qualify for a Transition to Work Grant from us. This covers the cost of the service.

- careers services
The costs are covered by Transition to Work Grant. You don't have to pay the money back.
Clothing and Styling Services
You can get clothing suitable for an interview or work experience. They'll adjust the styling to the type of job you're applying for. You can then get a mix-and-match wardrobe once you're successful in finding a job. This will include shoes and other accessories.
Careers services
You can get practical skills and advice to improve your chances of getting and keeping a job. You'll get help to prepare your CV and job interview material, get more skilled in doing job interviews, and learn how to plan your career. These services might be one-on-one, or with a group of women in workshops and seminars.
