- CV, to see your skills, any qualifications, and your work history
- cover letter, to find out what kind of person you are and why you want this job.
They'll use this to decide if they want to interview you, so it's really important to make a good impression.
What's available
'Build my CV' service
A free service to help you write your CV and cover letter. It's run by the Auckland Business Chamber, and it's available online throughout New Zealand.
You can get this if you're getting Jobseeker Support or Sole Parent Support.
