How to reset your MyMSD PIN
If you've forgotten your MyMSD PIN, you can easily reset it.
What you need to do
To reset your PIN, you need to:
- go to my.msd.govt.nz
- select 'Login'
- select 'Forgot/Change PIN?'
- enter your client number and date of birth.
- agree to the MyMSD terms of use and privacy policy and select 'Next'.
- enter the 6 digit code we send to your phone and select 'Next'.
- enter a new 4 digit PIN of your choice
- re-enter your PIN.
Then you'll get to the MyMSD home page.
