Our contacts
When you call us please have your client number ready. You’ll find this number on letters from us or on your Community Services Card. We may also ask for other personal details to make sure we have the right information in front of us while we talk with you.
If you're deaf, hearing-impaired or find it hard to communicate by phone you can use our Deaf Link contacts.

If you think we're not meeting this standard we would like to hear from you. Not only so we can put right your complaint, but to improve our service for everyone.
