Get your one-time password
You can get a password by calling us or coming in to see us with ID.
When you call us, you need:
- the ID that you have already shown us (eg your passport, drivers licence or birth certificate), or
- your Community Services Card.
Otherwise you'll have to come in and see us with ID.

When asked why you’re calling, say “a one-time password”.
Going into the office
You’ll be asked to provide identification to the receptionist. They’ll arrange for a text to be sent to you.
How the password is issued
Your one time password is sent by text from 2422 and is made up of numbers, capital and lowercase letters, and symbols.
When your password is issued, it’s valid for 14 days.
