Check and change your contact details
You can log in anytime to our online services to check and/or change your address, contact phone number(s), email address(es) or fax number(s). You can also select which number you'd prefer us to contact you on.
You need to tell us as soon as possible if you change your contact details. Moving can affect your benefit entitlement and we also need to be able to get in touch with you.
You can only update your contact details online if they are for the same country.
Do it online
MyMSD is a simple option you can use on your mobile, tablet or computer.
You’ll need your client number to register then follow a few simple steps.
You can also check and change your phone contact details in My Account.
If you receive the Youth Payment or Young Parent Payment
Make sure you also contact your Youth Service provider directly to tell them about your change in circumstances.
