Change your address and/or accommodation costs
You can log in anytime to our online services to change your address and/or accommodation costs.
Do it online
You’ll need your client number to register then follow a few simple steps.
MyMSD is a simple option you can use on your mobile, tablet or computer.
MyMSD lets you change your address, update your accommodation costs, including water costs if you pay them.
We'll also work out if you need to come in and see us and let you book an appointment to do so.
You can also change your address in My Account.
If you receive the Youth Payment or Young Parent Payment
Make sure you also contact your Youth Service provider directly to tell them about your change in circumstances.

You need to call us.
