You can check, book, change and cancel appointments using our online services.
Do it online
You’ll need your client number to register then follow a few simple steps.
MyMSD is a simple option you can use on your mobile, tablet or computer.
Because MyMSD lets you manage your appointments, if you can’t make it MyMSD will help you reschedule or cancel your appointment. We'll let you know if we need to talk with you before changing or cancelling an appointment.
There are some appointment types which you won't be able to change without calling us.
Book an appointment through My Account
You can also use MyAccount to check, change, cancel and book some types of appointments. It's available during these times:
|Monday to Thursday||7am to 10pm|
|Friday||7am to 8pm|
If you get NZ Super, you can’t book an appointment using My Account. You’ll need to use MyMSD.
