How to save your documents

You can save your documents to a USB stick or a cloud server. Follow the instructions below.

What you need to do

Save your documents to a USB stick:

1. Insert your USB stick into the USB port.
2. Go to your document.
3. Click 'Download' in the top right of the screen.
4. Find your USB stick and click 'Save'.

Save your documents to a cloud server:

1. Go to the kiosk home page.
2. Search for a cloud service provider, eg Google Drive.
3. Log in to your cloud service provider account.
4. Upload your file into your account.
