Help while you're self-isolating

If you and your whānau need extra support while you're self-isolating because of COVID-19, we may be able to help. Use our online forms to let us know how we can help you.

Ways we can help you

If you’ve lost your job or can’t work at the moment you may be able to get a benefit, some other financial help or support to find work. You may be able to get help even if you’re working and on a low income.

You may be able to get help with the costs of:

  • food
  • accommodation
  • power, gas, heating or water
  • medical and dental care.
