You may have received an email asking you to complete an online survey.

As part of our focus on continuous improvement, every year we ask for feedback on our services to make sure it’s meeting your needs.

This year, we’ll be doing an online survey as well as our usual telephone interviews, both are run by an independent research company, Colmar Brunton.

If you receive an email invitation to complete the online survey, you can be assured that the information requested in this email is legitimate.

Your participation is confidential and you will never be asked to provide any personal details, such as passwords or bank accounts numbers.
