Browser issues
A few users have experienced problems using the Online services. We have traced these back to browser issues.
How to find out what browser you're using
- Select Help on the top navigation bar of your browser
- Select About in the drop down menu
- A window will appear telling you the browser and version you are using.
| If you are using… | Problem | What you can do |

| Google Chrome | Early versions of Chrome have problems accessing the Online services | Ensure you are using the most recent version of Google Chrome |
| Does not recognise the company that issued our Security Certificate. | Bypass the alert by clicking on the 'Proceed anyway' button. | |
| Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) | Does not recognise the company that issued our Security Certificate. | Select Yes to proceed when the Security Alert box appears. If there are still problems after selecting Yes you need to check your IE6 settings. |
| Content eg. text or questions dropping out of view, scrolling down you will see it displayed at the bottom of the page |
Occurs when the text size in your browser is set to large. Change your text size settings in your browser by going to View, select Text size Medium. |

| Gets an Internal Server Error when attempting to change password | If you can, please use another browser or update your current one. | |
| Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) | Time out issues with your application | If you can, please use another browser or update your current one. |
| Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) | User can’t access Check what you might get |
You need to set your IE8 browser to Compatibility View Mode (Under the Tools menu bar, select Compatibility View Settings and tick Display all websites in Compatibility View) |

Can't find your application?
Once you’ve submitted your application and been given a reference number you won’t be able to then view or edit your application. You don’t need to complete another – we have your original application in our system.
If you need to make any changes to the information you submitted online, talk to your Case Manager during your appointment.
