Services available online through My account
My account saves you time by letting you access information and services online that were previously only available over the phone or face-to-face.
You can:
- view your appointments
- make, change and cancel appointments (clients on benefit only)
- view your payment details
- view and change some of your contact details.
Appointments in My account
Viewing booked appointments
You can use My account to check your appointments. You can check what time and where your appointment is booked.
Booking/changing/cancelling appointments
If you are on a benefit and need to come in and see us you can book your appointment online, saving you a phone call or trip into one of our offices. You can select the date and time that suits you.
Also, if you need to change or cancel your appointment, you can easily do that online. No more time on hold trying to speak to someone, or waiting in a large queue.
This service is not currently available to clients who are on a pension.

Viewing your next payment details in My account
Once you’ve set up your account, or if you’ve previously set yourself up, you’ll be given the option to “upgrade your account by confirming your identity”. Once you’ve upgraded you’re able to view your next payment details.
We show you:
- the date and amount of your next regular payment
- a breakdown of your benefit/pension rates
- any deductions
- a breakdown of payments made to other service providers (eg childcare providers).
Contact details in My account
You can view details of the phone and fax numbers, and email addresses we hold for you in My account.
If you have upgraded your account you'll be able to edit and update these details as well.
