My account

You can use My account if you receive a benefit or pension from us.  You can:

  • view your appointments
  • make, change and cancel appointments (clients on benefit only) *
    If you would like to book an appointment with a specific case manager contact us and let us know who you want to see
  • view your payment details
  • view and change some of your contact details.

*Currently you can't use My account to book appointments in Shirley which is now drop in or in Hastings East or any office in the Wellington Region - contact us to make your appointment.

My account's services are available (New Zealand time) between:

  • Monday - Thursday 7 am - 9 pm
  • Friday - Saturday 7 am - 8 pm
