My account
My account is an online service which allows you to access information and services online that were previously only available over the phone or face-to-face.
You can use My account if you receive a benefit or pension from us to:
- see your payment details
- check your payment card balance and transactions
- update your contact details (phone, fax and email address)
- see your appointments with us*
- book, change and cancel appointments (clients 18-64 on benefit only)*
If you would like to book an appointment with a specific case manager call us and let us know who you want to see.
If you're deaf or hearing-impaired and require an interpreter for your appointment, please don't book an appointment online. You need to contact our Deaf Services to book an appointment.
*If you’re receiving Youth Payment or Young Parent Payment, you have to book an appointment directly with your Youth Service Provider if you have one, otherwise contact us
Currently you can't use My account to book appointments in any office in the Wellington Region and Hastings Community Link. You'll need to call us to make your appointment.
