Confirm your identity to access more services

If we have an email address recorded for you, you can upgrade your account so that you can view your next payment details and change some of your contact details.

When you next log in to My account you’ll see a link to “confirm your identity”. By clicking this link we’ll send you an email that will allow you to upgrade your account. To be confident that your information is secure, you need to be sure your email is only accessible by you.

Contact us if you haven’t given us an email address or if your email address is not current. When you call you will be asked to say what you are calling for say ‘Register my email’.

After we've recorded an email address for you you’ll be able to upgrade your account the next time you log in.

Not only does it allow you to view your payment details and change some of your contact details, it also gives you the ability to retrieve your username and get a temporary password if you forget them.
