Changes and reviews for NZ benefits in Denmark
When a client is receiving their New Zealand benefit or pension in Denmark they must advise International Services when there is any change in their circumstances that may affect payment of their New Zealand benefit or pension such as:
- Admission to hospital or prison
- Change in income
- Change in relationship status
- Death in Denmark
- Move to another country
- Overpayments
- Return to New Zealand
Reviews
International Services is responsible for reviews of New Zealand benefits and pensions paid in Denmark.
Clients receiving New Zealand Superannuation or Veterans pension in Denmark will need to complete a Life Certificate which will be sent to them every 6 or 12 months depending on their circumstances.
Clients receiving other New Zealand benefits or pensions in Denmark will need to complete an annual review form which will be sent to them each year.
