You can offer to make repayments that will suit your budget.
Review conditions if you are paying less
We may accept payments at less than the minimum repayment rates, depending on your personal circumstances. Some arrangements will have regular review periods or will require you to provide extra information.

We expect you repay us within three years. However, if it's a small amount we would expect you to repay it sooner.

How to make an offer to pay less
Complete the Repayment Form below and put in the 'Repayment arrangement' section the amount you think you can afford and frequency of payments.
We'll get back to you within five working days, to confirm acceptance of your offer or to ask for additional information.

If we accept your offer
You should start making the repayments from the date stated in your offer. We'll also tell you if we are going to review this arrangement.
If we need more information to support your offer
If it is going to take more than 6 years to pay us back, you will need to either:
- complete a detailed Financial Circumstances Form and email it to our Collections Unit or
- phone our Collections Unit to give this information over the phone or
- arrange for your budget advisor to inform us of your financial circumstances.
This will give us more information to make a decision on your offer.
