Hamilton Youth Transition Services
Whai Marama Youth Connex YTS is available in Hamilton City, Waikato and South Waikato areas.
YTS is targeted at youth who have left school or leaving school without a plan for positive activity. Delivered in the community and in schools. Coaches work 1 on 1 and in groups to identify strengths, overcome weaknesses and plan a career pathway. YTS works with other Social and Health Services to achieve the best outcomes for our Rangatahi.
Our aim is to support all you young people to create your own opportunities which open doors to an awesome future.
