Practitioner Information

We want to work alongside health and disability practitioners to improve opportunities for people now and in the future. Rather than focus on what a person can't do, we look at what they can do. We'll work with you to get people back to work when they're able.

Most people want to work and they can with the right support.  For people who are sick, injured or disabled this means making sure they are receiving the correct income support, have access to the right services and are not missing out on training and job seeking opportunities.

Health practitioners provide information to Work and Income but are not responsible for determining the most appropriate benefit or assistance for the person.
