Redundancy support
We can provide support services when businesses experience change, such as downsizing, closing or relocating of their operations. It’s better to contact us earlier so we can help those affected before the change.
For information about the support we offer employees who have been made redundant, or people who were self employed but qualify for Unemployment Benefit now, please visit our ReStart page.
Help for your business
We can work with you before and after the change to help your employees find suitable jobs while allowing your business to continue its day-to-day operations up to the date of change.
Our services might include:
- meeting with you to talk about your situation and needs
- co-ordinating services to help you and your affected employees
- help providing training and other assistance to support your employees find other jobs.
We'll keep the information you give us confidential. You, as the employer, make the decisions about the response and support we provide.
Although we can provide support services when your business change occurs it's better to contact us earlier so we can help those affected before the change.
