Benefit rates changes

Annual adjustment on 1 April 2009...
From 1 April 2009:
- Benefit payments and Community Services Card thresholds will increase automatically
- Payments of New Zealand Superannuation and Veteran's Pension will increase automatically.
The increase is 3.38% in line with the annual percentage change in the Consumers Price Index for the year to 31 December 2008.
