What is Community Link?
Community Link provides an opportunity to develop better connected relationships with agencies to ensure their common clients get access to a range of support and services. This means people, their families and communities can more easily access the help and support they need. It involves many organisations, government and non-government, working together in the same location with common clients.
Community Link provides a range of resources that can be used by the partner and community agencies:
- meeting rooms with kitchen facilities, available after hours
- meeting and interview rooms during the day
- a desk to work from
- computers with access to printing
- broadband internet
- a phone
… and it’s all free.
What’s the difference between Community Link and Heartland Services?
Heartland Services work primarily in provincial and rural communities. Community Links will operate alongside Heartland Services as both focus on agencies working together.
