Our services
The Queenstown Community Link focuses on the financial and social needs of people across a wide geographical area. A number of agencies travel from Invercargill and Dunedin to provide services in this location. The Queenstown Community Link partners are committed to providing access to a range of social services in a co-ordinated, complementary and collaborative way for people who are seeking financial assistance or who have high and complex needs.

Queenstown Community Link partners include:
- Accident Compensation Corporation - provides comprehensive, no-fault personal injury cover for all New Zealand residents and visitors to New Zealand
- Central Otago Budget Advice - provides free and confidential budget advice for individuals and families within the Central Otago / Lakes District
- Child, Youth and Family - provides support and protection for children, young people and their families
- Footsteps - an early childhood education service that supports caregivers to enrich their baby and child's learning and development
- Housing New Zealand Corporation - provides housing, home ownership loans and education for those on lower incomes
- Inland Revenue Department - provides information about Working for Families Tax Credit and Child Support
- Nga Kete Matauranga Pounamu Charitable Trust - connecting Whanau with resources, ideas and energy for well being and independence
- Queenstown Lakes Community Housing Trust - provides housing for low to moderate income households who contribute to the social, economic and environmental well-being of our District, but are genuinely struggling to commit to the area because of the affordability issue
- Senior Services - supports older people through provision of financial assistance and connection to services, support and opportunities
- Work and Income - provides help to get a job and income support
