Directions: Located on the outskirts of the town centre behind the New World supermarket. There are two disabled car parks to the left of the main entrance to the building.

Our services
The services delivered by the Community Link partners connect the community to a wide range of social supports and services across the Horowhenua district.
The services provided include education, advocacy, training, financial advice, income and financial support.
A Governance group made up of government and non-government agency representatives has been established to ensure that the community are involved in determining the range of programmes and services the centre will deliver.
The Horowhenua Community Link also has community rooms that can be used by community groups and agencies with after hours' access.

- Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) - provides no-fault personal injury insurance cover
- Barnardos - supports families across a range of services
- Birthright - provides parenting support programmes for single parents
- Careers NZ - provides help in making decisions about work and training
- Child, Youth and Family - provides support and protection for children, young people and their families
- Community Probation Service - manages offenders on sentences imposed by the Court and prepares reports for the Court and Parole Boards
- Family Matters Foundation NZ Inc - provides return to work coaching and support and offers family therapy and counselling services
- Horowhenua Family Support Service - offers home-based support and guidance for families under stress and provides parenting information and education
- Horowhenua SuperGrans - provides information on basic skills needed to support individuals and families.
- Housing New Zealand Corporation - provides housing, home ownership loans and education for those on lower incomes
- Inland Revenue Department - provides information about Working for Families Tax Credit and Child Support
- Muaupoko Iwi - provides outcome based training, whanau health based coordination, kautoko whanau, community response coordination and Kaumatua services
- NZ Police - provides support for community safety
- Salvation Army - provides a range of services for the community such as foodbank, advocacy and budgeting
- Senior Services - supports older people through provision of financial assistance and connection to services, support and opportunities
- Te Puni Kokiri - provides support in education, training, employment and health
- Universal College of Learning (UCOL) - provides educational information and support
- Work and Income - provides help to get a job and income support
