- Auckland Central Budgeting Service – provides budgeting advice
- Child, Youth and Family – provides support and protection for children, young people and their families
- Citizen’s Advice Bureau Ponsonby – offers a range of support and services
- Community of Refuge Trust – provides supported and unsupported affordable accommodation for people experiencing mental illness
- Housing New Zealand Corporation – provides housing, home ownership loans and education for those on lower incomes
- Inland Revenue Department – provides information about Working for Families, Tax Credit and Child Support
- New Zealand Police – provides support for community safety, and attend inter-agency meetings at Grey Lynn Community Link on a monthly basis
- Plunket – provides support services for the development, health and wellbeing of children under the age of five years
- Senior Services – supports older people through provision of financial assistance and connection to services, support and opportunities
- Strengthening Families – helps families and whānau get access to the services they need
- Work and Income – provides help to get a job and income support
- Workbridge – provides a professional employment service for people with disabilities, injury or illness
- Workfocus – provides an employment service for people who have experienced mental illness
- Youthline – works with young people to deliver a range of services including counselling, training, youth work and advocacy.
