- Inland Revenue Department – provides information about Working for Families Tax Credit and Child Support
- In-Work New Zealand – provides return to work programmes and delivers a range of employment services across benefit types
- VisionWest – offers a wide range of support services for people in West Auckland, including counselling, foodbank, budgeting, housing, and Training for Work programmes
- WALSH Trust – offers a range of support services for people in West Auckland, with a primary focus on clients with mental health needs
- Western Refuge – supports women and children and offers a range of safe housing options in West Auckland
